Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By registering or using the 93050 platform, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 93050's services.

To use this platform, you must meet the following requirements:

Being at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
Being a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
Not appearing on any exclusion or sanctions list imposed by relevant authorities.
Registering one account per individual only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are not permitted.

93050 reserves the right to decline a registration application or terminate the account of any user found not to meet the eligibility requirements above, without the need to provide a reason.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their 93050 account. You are required to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.

With regard to account security, you are responsible for:

Keeping your password and login credentials confidential at all times.
Do not share your login credentials with any other party.
Notifying 93050 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Ensuring that the device used to access the platform is secure and free from malware.

93050 is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account secure. If you forget your password, use the reset function available on the login page.

Platform Rules of Use and Prohibited Conduct

93050 users are expected to use the platform responsibly and to respect the rights of other users as well as the integrity of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action being taken against your account:

Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate games or betting outcomes.
Engaging in fraud, including the use of false identities or unauthorised payment methods.
Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
Using the platform for any activity that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
Transferring funds between user accounts without authorisation, or making transfers intended for money laundering purposes.
Disrupting the operation of systems, servers, or networks associated with 93050.

Any breach of the above rules will result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 93050 reserves the right to withhold account balances associated with fraudulent activity while an investigation is ongoing.

Payment, Transaction & Currency Information

All transactions on the 93050 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Using another person's card or account without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Regarding deposits:

Deposits can be made using available methods such as TNG, FPX, and local online banking.
Funds are typically credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction.
93050 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems or banks.

Regarding withdrawals:

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method that has been verified by 93050.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take up to several business days.
93050 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension and Closure

93050 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice for the following reasons: suspected fraud, breach of terms of use, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud are not entitled to reclaim any remaining balance.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure once all checks have been completed.

Limitation of Liability

93050 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or the actions of third parties. 93050's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, brand names, designs, software, and other materials on the93050 platform are the intellectual property of 93050 or of parties that have licensed them to 93050. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The 93050 platform may contain references to third-party services. 93050 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

93050 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
